At least 20 members of the Governor's House in Bihar have been found infected by the coronavirus. Bihar BJP President Sanjay Jaiswal has also been hit by Corona. The number of patients infected with the coronavirus in Bihar is increasing continuously.

According to data released by the Union Health Department and the Ministry of Family Welfare, the total number of corona infection cases in Bihar has reached 19284. Out of which 6261 are active cases, 12849 people have become healthy or they have been discharged from the hospital and so far 174 people have been known.

The lockdown has been extended till 31 July in Bihar. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi has given this information by tweeting that, the Bihar government has decided to lockdown from 16 to 31 July.

All municipal bodies, district headquarters, subdivisions and block headquarters will remain closed for 15 days. For which guidelines are being made. In this regard, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar has further told that Corona has neither medicine nor vaccine. We all have to make sure to apply masks, towels or handkerchiefs on the face.
