In the present day's life, it is very difficult to live without high-speed internet, high-definition television or phone connection. We all are almost addicted to all these things. It is confirmed by the Deutsche telecom that around nine lakh customers are affected by the fault in its services. These nine lakh customers are those customers who had their broadband connections. When various security measures and other hacks are taken this number is reduced to four lakh, the company commented.
According to the report, some of the customers still not able to contact the company and register their problems. There are various services are provided by the company like Internet access, phone connections or digital television connection.
"There is no error pattern: some customers are experiencing temporary problems or very marked fluctuations in quality, but there are also customers for whom the service is not working at all," Deutsche Telekom said in a statement on its website.
"Based on the error pattern, we cannot exclude the possibility that the routers have been targeted by external parties with the result that they can no longer register on the network."
