Bihar: Something has happened in Nagarnausa police station area of Nalanda district of Bihar which shocked the police. Police have reportedly recovered the charred body of the woman. In this case, it has been alleged that the woman has been killed due to a land dispute. Her body was reportedly set on fire with hands and feet tied due to a land dispute. Now, a police officer has informed about the matter.
The official informed last Saturday that the charred body of a woman from Mahananpur Shahpur village was recovered on Friday, identified as Vibha Singh (45), daughter of Surendra Singh, a resident of the village. Police further informed that Surendra Singh was having a land dispute with his brother Brijmohan Singh. Surendra Prasad's wife has died. Vibha often came to her mother and took care of her father. In a statement to the police in the entire case, the villagers said that the two brothers have been at loggerheads over land for many years.
It is now alleged that Brijmohan Singh's family members burnt Vibha to death. In the case, Nagarnausa police station in-charge Narad Muni Singh said, "An FIR of murder has been registered on the statement of the son of the deceased in the case. The FIR registered has alleged the murder of the woman over a land dispute and police are investigating the case." He has also said that police have arrested one accused woman and raids are being conducted to nab the other accused.
