Srinagar: Central Government has now come to a complete normalization of the situation after the de-section 370 was revoked from Kashmir. The focus of the Government is particularly the Valley. Because the decision has had the most impact. The Government has formulated a plan for this. Under this, the government will reach out to the people with the help of cleric and Sarpanch. The agenda has been set by the advisers of Governor Satyapal Malik. In urban areas, councillors and maulanas, the cleric and sarpanch duo in villages will tell people about the benefits of abolishing Section 370.

More than three thousand Sarpanchs have been interacted with to carry out the work. About 5,000 clerics have also been included in the campaign. Their job is to convince the people of their respective regions, especially the youth, to lead them to peace. During the visit, Sarpanch and Molvi will be accompanied by retired personnel of Jammu and Kashmir Police or any other security force. The scheme has been formulated by taking the Sarpanchs and clerics into confidence. They have also been trending for this.

He will also interact with all the influential people in the area and work towards normalization of the situation at the earliest. A week later, a team of district officials will meet with Sarpanch and Maulvi to get feedback. The ex-military or police personnel present with them will report the meetings every day. After considering the report, the Governor's advisors will recommend restoration of facilities like mobile internet. The Sarpanch has often been a target of terrorists.
