Team India fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, who has been praised by legends around the world for his sharp bowling, is celebrating his 29th birthday today. He was born on December 6, 1993, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Bumrah is a bowler who continuously bowls at a speed of 140-145 kmph with accuracy. He also bowls in-swing yorker delivery. Even many legendary batsmen fear facing his attack.

Let us know that Jaspreet Bumrah came out through the Indian Premier League (IPL) as a boon for Team India in search of a death-overs specialist. The Gujarat fast bowler mastered the art of bowling inch-perfect yorkers as a part of Mumbai Indians (MI) and has evolved into an unsurpassed gem for Team India in the limited-overs format. Bumrah had an inclination towards cricket since childhood. He started it from his home. He used to bowl to the wall all day. One day, the mother got fed up and said that if you want to play, throw balls that do not much noise. After this, Jaspreet devised a unique method and started throwing the ball on the floor skirting (the lower end connecting the floor) instead of the wall. It was from here that Jaspreet learned to bowl a perfect yorker.

Jasprit played his debut ODI in January 2016 against Australia. He has so far taken 108 wickets in 67 ODIs for India with an economy of 4.49. During this, his best performance was 5/27. On the other hand, if we talk about T20, Jaspreet has taken 61 wickets in 51 matches. Jasprit Bumrah has played 24 Test matches for India so far and has taken 101 wickets with an economy of 2.66.
