New Delhi: World Vegan Day is being celebrated all over the world today. November 1st is celebrated as World Vegetarian Day every year. Vigan's diet has become a great favourite for people over the years. A lot of famous stars have also made themselves completely vegetarian.' Although some people are extremely confused between vegan diet and vegetarian during this time, tell you that vegan meats do not use eggs as well as dairy items in their meals. World Vegan Day is celebrated every year on November 01 to make people aware of the benefits of vegan diet.

The main objective of celebrating this day is also to increase people's interest in vegetarian food. The UK Vegan Society first celebrated World Vegan Day on November 1, 1994. It was only in 1944 that the Vegan Society was formed. On the 50th anniversary of Vegetarian Day, the President of the Vegan Society announced to commemorate it and celebrate Vegan Day every year to inspire people to eat vegetarian food.

This means that this day is celebrated to save the environment and make people aware of it. Eating vegetarian food not only removes you from many diseases but also protects the environment in a way. Being a carnivore can lead to a variety of diseases. While vegetarian lifestyle can also cure complex diseases like cancer.
