He added, "When I started playing the role of Ram in the serial Ramayana (2008), I had no idea that I would come out of this role after the shooting is over. It took several months. Many people used to consider me as a ram. I used to hear a lot of stories that many people have put my Ram photo in the temple to worship. Many people used to tell me on social media that whenever we close our eyes, we see you as Lord Ram and I am very happy that our Ramayana is being shown on Dangal TV again." Actor Ashish Sharma who became Ram in Siya Ke Ram serial says, "Lord Ram is adjusted in society. We are connected to our life, whether in happiness or sorrow, we miss Rama only. This name is associated with people's roots."

King Dasaratha died, Rama could not return

He further said, "This is a matter related to the sentiment and reverence of the people. When you play that great character, then the biggest thing that happens is responsibility. We should realize that responsibility while playing that character, that we should not do anything by mistake that will cause any harm to that character. Just because it is a symbol of faith and belief. Because Ramayana has been made many times in the past and has been embedded in our minds. Another thing comes out that what should we do apart from the rest? If what has not been seen before and that too is more entertaining than before, then we try to find a new dimension. Ram of Siya Ke Ram had 6 pack abs, our view was that Ram was an ideal son, husband and king, but he was also a Kshatriya. We tried to show Ram physically fit."
