New Delhi: The Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in Parliament is presenting the Union Budget 2017 which is the third budget of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Government. This time with the Union Budget, Railway Budget is also presented. In 93 years, for the first time this is happening and with it for the first time the Budget is presenting on February 1 instead of 28 or 29 February.

As Arun Jaitley is presenting the Budget, below are the highlights..

1. IRCTC, IRFC, IRCON to be listed in stock exchanges.

2. Five Tourism zones will be set up.

3. A new metro rail policy will be announced, which will open up new jobs for our youth.

4. 3.5 crore youth will be trained under Sankalp program launched by the government.

5. New metro rail policy to be unveiled.

6. Aadhaar-enabled payment system soon will be launched.
