The State Disaster Management Authority has informed that 102 water supply schemes of the state have been disrupted, as well as 1365 electricity supply schemes have also been affected. From Himachal-Uttarakhand to Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal are being hit by similar weather. The rain in the cold season has increased the cold further.
