'Don't run away from hospital in panic, Delhi govt is with you,' CM Kejriwal on PC

New Delhi: CM Arvind Kejriwal has held a press conference on Thursday on Delhi's preparations for a new and deadly variant Omicron of the Coronavirus. Arvind Kejriwal has informed that Delhi will have arrangements to deliver medicines to the infected people home. He further said that the people of Delhi do not need to flee to the hospital in a panic. The Delhi government is with you.
 
In view of the increasing number of cases of omicron (Omicron) variants in the capital, Delhi, Christmas and new year events have been banned. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has also issued an order in this regard. According to the order, any cultural event, gathering, will be banned on Christmas and New Year in Delhi.
 
In the past few days, corona cases in the capital have crossed 100 daily, with 15,000 to 16,000 medical staff instructed to be prepared to deal with emergencies. At the same time, Kejriwal has ordered the health department to increase the one-month stock of medicines required for corona.
