New Delhi: After the arrest of its Health Minister Satyendar Jain in a corruption case, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which is now badly implicated in the liquor scam, has alleged that the BJP is trying to topple the Kejriwal government in Delhi. AAP national convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had alleged that the BJP tried to buy our MLAs with Rs 800 crore. On such claims from AAP, political analyst Shubhrastha has taunted and said that I have also been offered 50 crores by Kejriwal.
Actually, in a TV debate show, Shubrastha said in a sarcastic tone that, 'I got a call from Arvind Kejriwal Ji. He said that Shubrastha Ji, you should talk about all the issues, but not say anything about the liquor policy. I will deliver Rs 50 crore to your home. I was shocked to hear this.' Shubrastha further said 'I am staunchly honest, I said whatever you do, Kejriwal Ji, but I will stick to the liquor policy. Your leaders will talk about BJP and AAP, but I will only say where is your white paper on liquor policy?'
Shubhrastha further said that this claim is true, the day AAP releases a list of BJP's offers from which number it got a call, on that day I will also tell from which number Kejriwal offered me fifty crores. Shubhrastha keeps participating in many TV debates and is known for giving her frank opinions on all issues. At the same time, on Kejriwal's allegation that BJP was buying MLAs, she said that I also got a call from Kejriwal not to speak on the liquor policy and offered to give Rs 50 crore.
