New Delhi: The farmers' agitation against agricultural law has been going on for the last 82 days. The tractor parade was taken out by the farmers on Republic Day last. During that time, there was fierce violence in the country's capital Delhi. After this, many international celebrities including Rihanna, environmental activist Greta Thunberg, Mia Khalifa supported this movement. Meanwhile, Greta had accidentally shared a toolkit related to the movement on social media, though she later deleted it. The Delhi Police considers this toolkit to be inciting violence. At the same time, the process of the arrest of those involved has also started.
On February 13, the cyber cell of Delhi Police arrested environmental activist Disha Ravi. She was accused of promoting the Khalistan Movement. However, politics has now started on this arrest. On Monday, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that the arrest of 21-year-old girl Disha Ravi is an attack on Indian democracy. Is it a crime to support farmers in this country?
After the arrest of Disha Ravi, the Delhi Police held a press conference on Sunday. According to the police, an attempt was made to revive the Khalistani movement in India through this toolkit case. Apart from this, it was also reported to be doing anti-national propaganda with Disha Khalistan's pro-Poetic Justice Foundation (PJF). Due to this, Disha created a Google document of the toolkit and made it viral on social media. Disha says that she has edited only two lines of the toolkit, while the police believe that it has been edited many times.
