New Delhi: The nomination of Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National National President Arvind Kejriwal is yet to be nominated for the Delhi Assembly Elections 2020. CM Arvind Kejriwal, who reached Jamnagar House to fill the form from the New Delhi Assembly seat, has to wait a long time. CM Kejriwal has tweeted that he is waiting to fill his nomination. He tweeted, "Waiting for filing the form, my token number is 45."

Before nominations, Kejriwal tweeted- "Opposition on one side and on the other..."

Kejriwal has arrived to file nomination with his entire family. On the New Delhi Assembly seat, BJP has fielded Sunil Yadav and Congress has nominated Romesh Sabharwal. There is a discussion in the political corridor that BJP and Congress have not made any strong leader candidate against CM Kejriwal. Kejriwal would like to win this seat for the third time. He had earlier won by winning 53.46% in 2013 and 64.34% in 2015. Delhi Assembly elections will be held on February 8 and the counting of votes will take place on February 11.

Kejriwal was to submit his nomination on Monday. However, he postponed his nomination after the delay in reaching the office of the Deputy District Magistrate due to the delay in the roadshow. Before the nomination was filed, Kejriwal had a road show and he could not reach the Returning Officer at Jamnagar House till 3 pm.
