Actor Arvind Trivedi, who played Ravana in Ramanand Sagar's famous mythological serial 'Ramayana,' which aired on Doordarshan in the 80s, passed away at 11 pm on Tuesday. Actress Dipika Chikhlia is in mourning the passing away of the same actor Arvind Trivedi. Dipika and Arvind Trivedi had shot a lot of scenes together, of which the 'Sita Haran' scene was in the news.

Dipika Chikhlia 'Sita Maiya' shares memories of Arvind Trivedi as she arrives to attend his funeral. She also narrated the story of the Sita Haran scene when Arvind Trivedi repeatedly apologised to her for the shoot. Dipika Chikhlia said, 'He was pulling me because of the Sita Haran scene. My hair was also stretching in this affair. He felt bad while doing that scene and being an actor was not a minor thing. He was a Gujarati and used to ask me- Didn't you get hurt?'

She further said, "I used to tell him that I am fine, he should not worry. But according to the demand of the scene, he had to pull me towards him so that the scenes looked real. So because of that, he was caught in two dilemmas. One was not to hurt me and the other was to give his best.'' Dipika Chikhlia further said, ''I still remember that after doing the scene of Sita Haran, he apologized in front of the media and other people. He was very religious and was feeling very bad about that scene. He was a great devotee of Mahadev. He was a really good person.''
