Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Tuesday opposed a bail plea filed by Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan at the Bombay High Court. NCB has alleged that Aryan not only used to take drugs but was also involved in illegal drug trafficking. NCB also claimed that a woman named Pooja Dadlani, manager of Aryan Khan and Shah Rukh Khan was flirting with evidence and witnesses in attempts to derail the investigation.

On the other hand, Aryan Khan's lawyers submitted an additional note to the High Court stating that they had nothing to do with the allegations and counter-allegations being circulated between NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede and some political figures. NCB filed his affidavit in response to a bail plea filed by Aryan Khan in the Bombay High Court on Tuesday. A single bench of Justice NW Sambre is likely to hear the matter during the day.

NCB said in his affidavit that an attempt is being made to tamper with the ongoing investigation with the wrong intention of derailing the investigation in the case. Pooja Dadlani was also named in the affidavit and said, "It seems that when the investigation is going on, this woman has influenced the panch witnesses. NCB said the bail plea is wrong.
