Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who is involved in a drugs case, is once again caught up in a bail screw. The court has adjourned the hearing on Aryan's bail for Thursday. Aryan Khan's bail trial is underway in the Bombay High Court in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. Advocate Amit Desai's arguments are over Advocate Amit Desai, who is contesting Arbaaz merchant's case in court on Wednesday, started his arguments in favour of Aryan Khan's bail. He was accompanied by Aryan advocate Mukul Rohatgi on the basis of Aryan's arrest by NCB.
Amit Desai said, "You see Aryan Khan's arrest memo." There is no hard evidence for an arrest near NCB. The arrest has been made for an offence that has not taken place at all. Only 6 grams of hashish was received from Arbaaz. NCB has produced WhatsApp chat before the court to prove the conspiracy NCB is talking about. These chats have nothing to do with arrest. These evidence of NCB in court under B 65 is not valid. The mobile was not seized but is mentioned in the remand copy.
Aryan advocate Mukul Rohatgi also defended the same Amit Desai's arguments by insisting on bail. He explained: "Arrest memos do not give the exact basis for arrest. We have more than 50 sections of Art Kill 22, CRPC. Under this, no person can be arrested unless he is aware of the reason for his arrest. And the person has the right to consult the advocate according to himself.''
