Mumbai: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is in trouble these days. He is in jail and his bail plea is being heard by the Bombay High Court today. During the last hearing, Aryan's lawyer Satish Manshinde moved a petition before a single bench of Justice NW Sambre and requested an immediate hearing. Now, the hearing is being held today and a number of shocking things are coming out from the middle of the hearing. The NCB in the court said, "The affidavit mentions Pooja Dadlani, who is associated with the applicant as a manager and tried to derail the entire investigation while trying to influence punch witness during the ongoing investigation.'' Amidst all this, the accused has moved the high court seeking bail, which means that efforts are being made to influence, derail and defame the agency in a suspicious situation in the case, whose application has also been filed and an application of zonal director is also being filed along with the same application.

At the same time, a reply filed by the NCB in the Bombay High Court said, "If the accused (Aryan Khan) is granted bail, he can tamper with the evidence, which can derail the entire investigation. As Prabhakar Sail, who was in the case as a punch, prepared an affidavit on October 23, which mentions several important aspects related to the case, but the affidavit has not been submitted to the court and the matter is sub-judice.'' At the same time, the NCB affidavit says, "Every accused in the entire case is connected to each other. Recovery has not been made from many of the accused. Many of the accused have recovery in low quantity. One's role is important in supply which is under investigation.''

On the other hand, an affidavit from Aryan Khan said, "There was no deal with NBC officials on his behalf. All this is a matter between the political people and the NCB.'' The affidavit also says that he does not know Prabhakar Sail nor has any link to him. The recent allegations have nothing to do with me. This is a matter between the officials of the NCB and the political people. I have not made any allegations against the NCB officials.
