Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has also been given a clean chit in the Mumbai Cruise drugs case. The NCB has also filed a charge sheet in the NDPC court on Friday. Aryan Khan's name has not been mentioned in this charge sheet so far. A special committee has also been constituted to deal with the case. The committee has said in its verdict that due to lack of evidence in this case against Aryan, his name has not been given in this charge sheet so far. Apart from them, no case has been registered against 5 more people.
Aryan was detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau from a cruise terminal in Mumbai. He was accused of selling drugs. The NCB had also raided a cruise ship from Mumbai to Goa on October 2. In which he has also detained two of his friends - Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha - including Aryan Khan. However, Aryan did not have any kind of intoxicating substance given to ncb officials.
After his arrest, Aryan Khan was also sent to ncb's custody by the Mumbai district court. After being in custody, he was sent to Arthur Road jail. During this time, his bail application was also rejected by the court. It was a very difficult time for Aryan Khan and his family.
