Bhagalpur: A big news of justice being received from Bhagalpur in Bihar has come to light. The special POCSO court present at the Bhagalpur trial court has sentenced the convict to life imprisonment for the triple murder and rape of a minor. Special Public Prosecutor Naresh Prasad and Jaikaran Gupta, appearing for the government, argued in the case.

 

The incident took place at Jhandapur OP in Bihpur of Navgachia. Where the accused in the case, Aman Jha and his two associates, committed the incident of rape of the minor. In resisting the criminals killed the victim's side with an axe and knife. Both the special public prosecutors of Special POCSO in connection with the entire case said that the accused was declared guilty under several sections for rape and murder.

 

A total of 13 witnesses were involved in the same case. The convict, Aman Jha, was sentenced to life imprisonment (jail till he was alive). He said special judge MP Singh in his judgement has directed the victim to pay Rs 20 lakh from the assistance fund. He also said that he will give 10 lakh each to the two surviving brothers of the victim. Bale alias Balram Rai, Mohan Singh, Mohammad alias Mehboob, and Kanhaiya Jha alias Rohit, who were among the four accused in the murder case, were sentenced to life imprisonment by a special POCSO court on November 20, 2019. It was also decided to give 50,000 to fellow accused.
