Lucknow: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi, while speaking to a media channel, lashed out at the Samajwadi Party (SP). He said SP president Akhilesh Yadav does not like to take the name of a Muslim so that the Hindu vote bank does not slip out of his hands. Owaisi said that our fight is about the share. Other parties do not want to make a Muslim deputy chief minister. Akhilesh Yadav is bypassing Muslim candidates.

The SP is not doing justice to Muslims. Many strong Muslim candidates did not get tickets in the SP. I am not involved in any equation of slavery. It is necessary to give political partnership to Muslims. I never wanted an alliance with Akhilesh. I don't compromise with anyone for alliances. Owaisi further said that there is no difference between Akhilesh and Yogi. I have aimed to defeat the BJP from the beginning. Akhilesh and Yogi are two sides of the same coin. We don't do things that will make the BJP win.

"Is the OBC vote someone's slave? We want our front to go by 2024. If we win, we will make three deputy CMs. Earlier, people were forgotten after taking votes from them. These three parties are afraid of Muslims. For the first time, Muslims will get their rights. If our government is formed, Babu Singh Kushwaha will be the CM for the first two-and-a-half years. For the remaining two-and-a-half years, leaders of the Dalit community will be the chief minister.
