New Delhi: A fast-track court in Varanasi has ordered an archaeological survey of the disputed complex in a case related to Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Gyanvapi Masjid. After that, politics has also intensified on this issue. All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President and MP Asaduddin Owaisi have questioned the validity of the order.
Asaduddin Owaisi has tweeted a series of tweets. He has said, "The validity of this order is questionable. In the Babri judgment, the Supreme Court had said that no case in law can be based on the discovery of archaeological findings, which has been submitted by the ASI.'' Owaisi has also questioned the ASI. He has said, "for all kinds of lies of Hindutva, ASI acts like a delivery assistant. Nobody expects fairness from it.''
Owaisi said in his second tweet, "The All India Muslim Personal Law Board and the Masjid Committee should appeal the order immediately. It should be improved. ASI will only commit the sin of fraud. History will be repeated as was done in the case of Babri. No one has any right to change the nature of the mosque.''
