Kolkata: After winning the Bihar elections, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi reached Bengal today. After reaching Bengal, he has targeted TMC supremo and Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee. TMC has been accusing Owaisi of helping the BJP every time. Not only this, Owaisi is also being termed as 'B team of BJP.' Owaisi arrives in Kolkata this morning from Hyderabad.

After reaching Kolkata, he visited Pir's Dargah at Furfura Sharif in Hooghly. There he first sought prayers and then met and held a meeting with Pirzada Abbas Siddiqui of Furfura Sharif. During this, he tried to understand the situation in Bengal. Talking to reporters after the meeting, he said, "AIMIM is a political party. We will establish the party and contest elections. Abbas Siddiqui is the elder, whatever he will say, will work according to him. We consider Abbas Siddiqui as the greatest. Work together with him. "

He put his side on the charge of AIMIM being BJP's 'B' team. He said, "I am challenging TMC. It is not true. Where was Mamata when Gujarat was burning? We did not contest the Lok Sabha elections in Bengal, so how did the BJP win 18 seats, was there an agreement with the BJP? ” He also said, "Bihar is the proof of this. We contested 20 seats. Won five seats. Won the alliance on nine and NDA won on 6. How did the BJP win the six seats and how did the BJP form a government there. This accusation is a lie. You are not able to stop the BJP. So many people are running away from the party and I am being questioned. ”
