Hyderabad:   AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi has opposed the imposition of Public Safety Act on Farooq Abdullah, the former CM of Jammu and National Conference. Owaisi has said that, before bringing the bill to remove Section 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, PM Modi sat down and discussed with Farooq Abdullah, but now he is threatened by Abdullah ji. What kind of danger is this? You are afraid of a former CM. This means Kashmir is not everything. You are lying.

Owaisi further said that, 'separatists Masrat Alam and Farooq have been treated as equal, both were charged with the same charges. Owaisi further said, 'I strongly condemn the imposition of PSA (Public Safety Act) on Farooq Abdullah. Abdullah Saheb, aged 80, is in detention (custody) for 40 days. You have detained everyone. The BJP has no answer over unemployment, so the BJP is working to divert attention from the economy.

Owaisi further said, 'Where 100 children were living in Kashmir, now 200 children are living there. Children are being tortured. The former CM has to take permission from the Supreme Court to go to his state. Media is not being given freedom of expression.
