Manila [Philippines], November 13: Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte and his wife Honeylet Avancena on Monday gave grand welcometo the world cream of the crops at the opening ceremony of 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit in Manila.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also here and greeted warmly with President Philippine Duterte here.

Prime Minister Modi is on a three-day visit to Manila to take part in the ASEAN India summit and East Asia Summit on this November 14.

PM Modi's memo during his visit will focus on Terror and Trade related issues as an on top of priorities.

Meanwhile, Philippines are the next place for Trump's five-nation trip of Asia in which he covered Japan, China and South Korea.

For the duration of his visit, Prime Minister Modi will take  participation  in special celebrations to spot the 50th anniversary of ASEAN summit.

The Prime Minister  Modi will also be present at the ASEAN business and investment summit on November 13 and regional comprehensive economic partnership conference on November 14 in Manila.

PM Modi will also congregate the members of the Indian community at a function to be hosted by the Indian representative in Philippines.

Modi will also go to visit the International Rice Research Institute and the Mahavir Philippines Foundation.
