NEW DELHI: England, who were the worst in the Ashes in 71 years in the first innings, finally won the match by beating Australia. England won the game in a way. England made history by winning the match with an unbeaten century from Ben Stockes. Ben scored an unbeaten 135 runs. Chasing a target of 359 runs, England were all out for 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Ben Stockes was the hero of England's victory, which single-handedly pulled the team out of the grip of defeat and then gave it a victory.
He pitched 11 fours and 8 sixes in his innings and snatched the victory from the Kangaroos. In the end, he was battling the Cramps but did not give up.
