Lucknow: Ashish Mishra alias Monu, the prime accused in Uttar Pradesh's much-touted Lakhimpur violence case, has been granted bail by the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court. Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni, had been in jail since October 9. However, even after getting bail, Ashish Mishra's coming out of jail is not easy right now. That's because sections 302 and 120B are not mentioned in the bail order.

Let us know that there are allegations against Ashish Mishra under many serious sections. In the charge sheet filed in the court on behalf of the Lakhimpur police, Ashish Mishra has been made an accused under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 326, 34, 427 and 120B of the IPC. A case has also been registered under sections 3/25, 5/27 and 39 of the Arms Act. However, the bail order issued by the High Court mentions sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 326 and 427 of the IPC, besides Sections 34 and 30 of the Arms Act.

But the court's bail order does not mention sections 302 and 120B. Section 302 deals with murder and 120B criminal conspiracy. Since there is no mention of 302 and 120B in the Bail Order, the release of Ashish Mishra is not possible yet.
