The father of Ashneer Grover, the co-founder of fintech firm BharatPe and the most famous judge of the popular business show Shark Tank India Season-1, has passed away. Sharing the news of this through social media, he said that on Tuesday, March 28, his father, Ashok Grover, breathed his last. Along with this, Ashneer also wrote an emotional post on Instagram.

Sharing his father's photo in a post made from his Instagram account, Ashneer Grover wrote, 'Bye, Papa. Lots of love to you. Take care of Papaji, the elder mummy, your grandfather, and your grandmother in heaven. In his post, he paid tribute to his father and wrote, 'Ashok Grover (son Nandlal Grover) 04.08.1953-28.03.2023'.

Ashneer Grover's father, Ashok Grover, was a Delhi-based chartered accountant and lived with his son in South Delhi's Panchsheel Park. Earlier, he and his family used to live in Malviya Nagar. However, no news has been given about the disease or how Ashneer's father died. Besides Ashneer Grover, the late Ashok Grover is survived by his daughter Ashima and his wife. Recently, Third Unicorn, a company started by Ashneer Grover along with his wife Madhuri Jain Grover and entrepreneur Asin Ghavri, officially launched its first startup, fantasy cricket platform Cricpay. It has been launched just a week before the start of the IPL. IPL is starting from 31st March.
