Jaipur: The teachers' felicitation ceremony was going on on Tuesday (November 16, 2021) at Birla Auditorium in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. State CM Ashok Gehlot, who was the chief guest at the function, asked a question about the transfer of teachers present there, but he didn't know that he would be surrounded by the question himself.

In fact, CM Gehlot, while addressing the state level teachers' felicitation ceremony, asked the teachers, 'Sometimes I have heard that have to pay for transfers? It's wistfully that teacher has to pay for the transfer. I think a policy should be formulated so that you know that you will be transferred in 2 years.' On CM Gehlot's question of 'Do you have to pay for the transfer?' the teachers present replied 'yes' in unison. The CM's face was blown away by the reply.
CM Gehlot said 'Kamal Hai' in a hushed voice and moved on. As if he was regretting this question after asking it. CM Gehlot said the contribution of teachers in the crisis period of the corona epidemic has been commendable. After the programme was over, CM Gehlot tweeted his congratulations to the teachers who received the honour and said that teachers are the builders of society.
