Ahmedabad: Rajasthan CM and veteran Congress leader Ashok Gehlot is on a 4-day visit to Gujarat, where he is creating an atmosphere in favour of Congress by holding public meetings. Gehlot on Sunday (October 30), while giving his reaction on the committee formed on Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in Gujarat, fiercely targeted the BJP. Gehlot said that before the assembly elections in Gujarat, BJP is nervous and PM Modi is coming to Gujarat every week.

Gehlot said that the last weapon of the BJP was the Common Civil Code, whose card has also been run. Gehlot said that the frequent visit of PM Modi to Gujarat and the announcement of the Uniform Civil Code before the elections shows his weakness, which the public is seeing. It is noteworthy that the Gujarat government has recently constituted a committee regarding UCC, on which Congress has become an attacker.

On the other hand, regarding the election promises of Congress, Ashok Gehlot said that we will fulfil all our promises and Congress will take out a Parivartan Yatra from December 31, in which we will be told about what our promise is to the public. At the same time, in the Circuit House of Ahmedabad, CM Gehlot said that there is an anti-incumbency wave in Gujarat and the people here have become upset with the BJP. CM Gehlot said that I have never seen such an anti-incumbency wave in his entire political life.
