Today is the birthday of Ashutosh Rana, who won everyone's heart with his acting in Bollywood. Every year Ashutosh celebrates his birthday on 10 November. However, he is famous for playing the role of a villain. He once played the role of serial rapist in the film 'Dushman', after which he received many hate letters, but he was happy that his acting was so powerful that people got influenced.
Ashutosh started his career in the year 1995. He first appeared in the tele-serial 'Swabhimaan', but he got his real identity from the 1998 film 'Dushman'. After this film, he played the role of Shankar in the film 'Lajja' which was excellent. Later he was seen in the film 'Sangharsh'. Ashutosh was awarded the Filmfare Award for both these films. He once told in an interview, 'when he went to meet Bhatt and touched his feet according to Indian tradition, he got angry because he hated those who touch his feet.'
Whenever Ashutosh met Mahesh, he used to touch his feet. All this happened for a long time. While one day Mahesh got fed up and asked him the reason for touching his feet, he said 'I have been taught to respect elders, I cannot give up my habit'. Hearing this, Mahesh Bhatt embraced him and gave him the role of a goon in the TV serial 'Swabhimaan'. About his marriage, he is married to actress Renuka Shahane and both are enjoying their life with great simplicity.
