Dubai. Under the Super-4 round of the ongoing Asia Cup 2018, the match between India and Afghanistan played in Dubai yesterday was tied with a very exciting turn. The match started with Afghanistan's batting and made fans so exciting by its second innings that it caught eyeballs of spectators sitting in the stadium.

Following the target of 253 runs given by Afghanistan, the Indian team made a good start. During this time India needed only 7 runs to win in the last over but the team could only make 6 runs. Afghanistan player Najibullah scalped the catch of Ravindra Jadeja on the fifth ball of this last over, and thus the team was all out on 252 runs due to which the match got the tie.

India's first wicket-taker Lokesh Rahul and Ambati Rayudu played a fine inning of 110 runs. In this match, the country had a lot of expectations from Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Manish Pandey, but they soon got out. These two players have scored eight each. It is notable that this was India's last Super Four match. In this match, Mahendra Singh Dhoni took over the captaincy instead of Rohit Sharma. This was Dhoni's 200th ODI match as captain.
