Ranchi: The case of 'Love Jihad' has come to light from Gumla, Jharkhand. Here Aslam Miyan trapped a Hindu girl named Sonu Sahu and raped her several times. But whenever the victim asked him to marry her, he threatened and silenced the girl. On the complaint of the victim, the police have started investigation after registering a case against the accused.

According to the report, this case is of Bhadgaon located in Bharan block of Sisai police station area, where resident Aslam Miyan has been accused of cheating the girl. The victim has told in her complaint that a fair was held in the girl's village in December 2020. It was during that time that both of them met for the first time. During this, both of them gave their mobile numbers to each other. After this, he kept talking to the girl continuously on the phone. He had earlier promised to marry the girl. After this, the accused brought the girl to his house in Bhadgaon in June 2021 and there he established physical relations with the girl for three days. During this time she came to know that the young man she was thinking of Sonu Sahu was actually Aslam Miyan. However, even after knowing this, the victim thought of marrying him, but he turned back. Meanwhile, on January 14, 2021, the accused once again had physical relations with the victim.

After this again the girl asked him to get married, but even during that time the accused threatened the victim and refused to marry. Frustrated by this, the girl has given a written complaint to the Sisai police station. At the same time, in-charge of Sisai police station, Ravi Honhaga has said that it is a case of love affair. For a long time, the girl was in a relationship with him. The girl has given a complaint for delaying the marriage by the young man. An FIR has been registered in this matter. On this basis the investigation will be done.
