Voting has been started from the early morning of Saturday at 7 AM. Assembly election will have a one on one competition in 2017 election polls. This time Punjab will hold 117 seats for the parties, which is the only reason for such a tough competition.

Latest revealed reports say that Punjab had garnered 66% votes so far and Goa garnered 67% of the total votes. 

The previous percentage of the votes of Punjab at 1 PM were:
Gurdaspur 35%
Dinanagar 26%
Qadian 28%
Batala 28%
Sri hargobindpur 30%
Fatehgarh Cherian 33%
Dera baba Nanak 26%

And of Goa is calculated to be 34% until 12 PM.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had urged to the citizens to give the contribution to the Nation by giving their valuable votes. As per the latest reports, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar can make the come back in the politics, as BJP President Amit Shah said that 'the new government will work under the leadership of Mr Parrikar'.
