The department has suspended the Woman-In-Charge Assistant Director posted in the Divisional Joint Director's office as a criminal for releasing clips of pornographic movies in the internet media. An order in this regard has been issued on behalf of the Directorate of Public Education. She has to be attached to the District Education Officer's office till the suspension period where the Ministry admitted that at the initial stage it was the crime of the female officer to put the pornographic clips in the group. On December 28, 2020, a blue movie clip was shared from the woman's mobile to a group of departmental officers and principals. After which many officials have expressed surprise at the departmental level. Meanwhile, the investigation process also started.

However, the woman officer who had these allegations said that no clip has been released by her. This is someone's prank. After finding the woman officer prima facie guilty in the investigation, Commissioner Public Education Jayshree Kiyawat has issued an order for suspension of the women. After this incident, there was a stir in the whole atmosphere. At the same time, this incident also seen in the newspapers. The case reached the higher authorities and the case carried forward.

It has been learned that Commissioner Kiyawat said that this act falls in the category of serious misconduct contrary to Rule 3 of MP Civil Service Conduct Rules 1965. This action is to be investigated for suspension with immediate effect under Rule 09 A of MP Civil Service Rules 1966. During the period of suspension, the headquarters has been appointed as District Education Officer. During this time, subsistence allowance will be eligible as per rules.
