Tipei: On April 13, Taiwanese tech giant ASUS will introduce the ROG Phone 7 and Phone 7 Ultimate in international markets. India should also get it.

The most recent information comes from tipster Abhishek Yadav, who revealed the specifications of the upcoming devices, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and a 50MP main camera. Listed below is what to expect from the two smartphones.

The high-end gaming-oriented device is a part of the ASUS ROG Phone series. While there will be no Pro model this time around, the Phone 7 lineup is expected to continue that trend. Compared to their predecessors, both the Phone 7 and 7 Ultimate will have better processors and cameras. They should do well in international markets.

The Asus ROG Phone 7 and 7 Ultimate are expected to have smaller bezels and a fingerprint reader under the display. The triple camera module will be located at the back.

A full-HD+ AMOLED screen with a quick refresh rate, a great touch response rate, HDR10+ certification, and Gorilla Glass protection should be present on the device. They should weigh 239 grams and have the following dimensions: (173 x 77 x 10.3 mm).

The triple rear camera module on the ASUS ROG Phone 7 and 7 Ultimate includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and an 8MP macro camera. A 32MP selfie camera will be available in the front.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor will power the ASUS ROG Phone 7 and 7 Ultimate, which will run Android 13. 512GB of storage and 16GB of RAM will be available in the Ultimate version, but details about the Standard model are not available yet. The phone 7 is expected to pack a 6,000mAh battery that will support 65W fast charging.

ASUS ROG Phone 7 price and India availability information will be made public at the time of launch. However, it should be priced higher than the ROG Phone 6, which has a 12GB/256GB configuration and is priced at Rs. 71,999.
