A new electric scooter has been launched in the growing market of Electric Scooter (electric scooter) in the Indian automobile sector. Bangalore's largest electrical vehicle manufacturer Ather Energy has launched its new electric scooter Ather 450X, which will replace the current model Ather 450. The Electric Scooter Ather 450X will be available in two variants - 450X Plus and 450X Pro. The company will start delivery of Ather 450X from July 2020. The new updated electric scooter has been launched with many new features and technology. This scooter offers much better performance, range and acceleration than before. The starting price of this attractive and luxurious motorized scooter (ex-showroom, India) has been fixed at Rs 99,000. While the ex-showroom price of this scooter is Rs 85,000 in Delhi. It can be purchased on monthly installment or upfront price.

Price: Talking about the monthly installment, the monthly installment of Ather 450X Plus is Rs 1,699, while the installment of 450X Pro has been fixed at Rs 1,999. Talking about its upfront price, the price of 450X Plus is Rs 1.49 lakh, while in Delhi it is Rs 1.35 lakh. At the same time, the price of 450X Pro variants is Rs 1.59 lakh, while in Delhi it is Rs 1.45 lakh. The prices of this scooter have come down considerably due to the policy set by the Delhi Government for Electrical Vehicles.

Battery: The new Ather 450X has been introduced with a bigger battery pack, more power and better performance. The new Ather 450X has a 2.9kwh battery pack, while the Ather 450 had a 2.71kwh battery. The scooter has a 6kW electric motor which will now produce 8bhp of power. This power is 0.8bhp more than the standard version. The electric motor of the scooter now generates 26Nm of torque, which is 6Nm more than before.

Range; According to the company, Ather 450X can cover a distance of 116Km on full charging. There are two drive modes in this scooter - Ride Mode and Eco Mode. The scooter runs 85 km in Eco mode. While in ride mode it can run up to 75 km. The 450X has an Android based user interface. The scooter has a dark mode and Bluetooth connectivity feature so that the rider can receive or cancel the calls coming on the mobile.

Speed: New scooter Ather weight of 450X least 11 kilograms compared to the old model. At the same time, the top speed of the scooter has now increased to 85 kilometers per hour. The Ather 450X scooter accelerates from 0 to 40 kilometers per hour in 3.3 seconds.

Choice of colors: Ather 450X Electric Scooter is similar to the previous model except for the handlebar. The scooter is available with a choice of two new colors. This scooter is available in matte gray and mint green color options.

Compete : Booking of this scooter has started in many cities. The company will start delivering it from July 2020. In India, this scooter will compete with its segment Bajaj Chetak Electric (Bajaj Chetak Electric), TVS iQube (TVS iCube) and Okinawa iPraise (Okinawa iPrage) scooters. The company has set a target of selling 30,000 units of the Ather 450X.
