The German car maker Audi announced on Friday that it is in talks to cut the prices of its two luxury cars. The company has talked about cutting the prices of both its cars by up to six lakh rupees. According to sources, it has been received that this discount will be available for a short time. The company has released news of discounts on its most popular cars Audi Q5 and Q7. Both were introduced in India in 2009. The company made this discount on the completion of 10 years of both cars.
Both the petrol and diesel variants of the Audi Q5 are being discounted through the 'Limited Period Celebratory Price'. The current price of Q5 is Rs 55.8 lakh, which will be Rs 49.99 lakh after the discount. The company will give a discount of Rs 5.81 lakh on this car. Similarly, the current price of the petrol version of Q7 is Rs 73.82 lakh, which will be Rs 68.99 lakh after a discount of 4.83 lakh. At the same time, the company can give a discount of Rs 6.02 lakh on the diesel variant of Q7. Its current price is Rs 78.01 lakh, which will come down to Rs 71.99 lakh after the discount.
The iconic Balbir Singh Dhillon of Audi India says that since the launch of the Audi Q5 and Q7 in 2009, it has become quite popular, which opened the way for the Audi brand to succeed in India.
