USA: Audi India has taken the wraps off its latest electric vehicle offerings, the Q8 e-tron SUV and Sportback. These dynamic models not only showcase a sleeker design but also come with extended range capabilities and an array of enhanced features.

Equipped with a formidable 95 kWh battery pack, the Q8 e-tron SUV and Sportback can cover distances of up to 582 km and 600 km respectively on a single charge. This marks a substantial improvement over the previous e-tron SUV, which had a range of 484 km.

Under the hood, these new models boast a more potent electric motor. The Q8 e-tron SUV delivers an impressive 300 kW of power and 664 Nm of torque, while the Q8 e-tron Sportback takes it up a notch with 370 kW of power and 973 Nm of torque. As a result, both vehicles exhibit swifter acceleration than their predecessor, with the Q8 e-tron SUV reaching 0 to 100 km/h in 6.6 seconds and the Q8 e-tron Sportback achieving the same feat in just 5.7 seconds.

In terms of aesthetics, the Q8 e-tron SUV and Sportback flaunt a sleeker appearance compared to the previous e-tron SUV. A revamped front grille and headlights, along with a redesigned rear bumper and taillights, contribute to their overall contemporary appeal.

Furthermore, Audi has introduced several new features to enhance the driving experience of these models. A panoramic sunroof allows occupants to bask in natural light, while a head-up display projects important information onto the windshield. Audi enthusiasts can also enjoy the premium Bang & Olufsen sound system, further elevating the cabin experience.

Expected to hit the Indian market in the upcoming months, the Q8 e-tron SUV is estimated to start at around ₹1.10 crore, while the Q8 e-tron Sportback is anticipated to begin at approximately ₹1.20 crore.
