Canberra: A fire emergency was declared in Australia's most populous state on Monday. The announcement comes after three people died and more than 150 homes were inundated by the blaze in the forests on Australia's east coast. New South Wales State Emergency Services Minister David Elliott said local residents are experiencing a situation that could turn into the worst fire ever.
