20 polytechnic officials suspended by UP government from college for leaking of maths and physics papers in Mathura. The suspended lot was also guilty for opening the wrong question paper set on May 25.

Joint director regional office (West) Surendra Prasad, Secretary technical education board (Lucknow) Sandeep Kumar Singh, Joint secretary technical education board (Lucknow) Ashok Kumar Pandey, Deputy Secretary technical education board (Lucknow) Nooruddin Khan, were supended.

Apart from these, 13 teachers suspended from which 11 are from Ghaziabad that include Principal Nitesh Kumar Mathur of Rajkiya Polytechnic.

The exams for cancelled papers physics and maths were to be held on Wednesday and Thursday respectively. However, Maths paper was again cancelled on Thursday.
