On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, Honda launched the 6G version of its most popular scooter Activa, although the power of 6G is slightly less than the old model 5G. The BS4 engine of the older model Activa 5G produces 7.96hp of power. This is a very new version of this motorcycle in 6G and no other company has introduced it in the market yet, then it will be worth seeing how much it is able to strike among the customers.

Talking about its engine, the new Honda Activa 6G has a 109cc engine with a BS6 fuel emission standard. In this new engine, the carburetor has been replaced with FIS Technology (Fuel Injection System Technology). The Honda Activa 6G engine produces 7.68 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 8.79 Nm peak torque at 5,250 rpm. It claims that the Activa 6G will get 10% more mileage than the Activa 5G.

Many new features have also been introduced in this new model, in which the semi-digital instrument console has been given in the new Activa 6G. It has remote hatch opening, multi function key as well as other features. The new scooter has been given a new silent-start ACG motor, which the company first gave to the Activa 125 launched last year. The new Activa 6G has a longer seat and longer wheelbase than the older model.
