At the end of the year Piaggio has launched its electric auto in India. Ape Electric operates by electricity. In such a situation it does not cause any kind of pollution. Apart from this, neither does it make any sound nor does it vibrate. It has an advanced lithium-ion battery. This electric scooter operates without gear or culture. That is, it can be driven without a gear like a scooter. Fully digital cluster is available in it.

The Piaggio Ape E- City has a length of 2700 millimetres, width 1370 millimetres and height 1725 millimetres. Its wheelbase is 1920 millimetres. At the same time, its minimum ground clearance is 200 millimetres. The Piaggio Ape E- City has a lithium ion, 48V battery that comes with a capacity of 4.5 kWh. Its motor generates a maximum power of 5.4 kW and peak torque of 29 Nm at 3500 rpm.

Ape Electric runs on electricity, so there is no need to worry about petrol and diesel. It is the first 3-wheeler in the country to get a battery swap option. That is, you do not need to charge it. You can swap (change) its battery by visiting the company's power station. This entire process is only 2 to 5 minutes. However, customers will get the option of both fixed and swappable batteries from the company.
