The third edition of iTEC India has been launched in Bangalore. ITEC India 2019 is organized by SAEINDIA. The objective of ITEC India is to bring people and new ideas of different departments in one place for the development of e-mobility in the country so that the country can accelerate the growth of electric vehicles and manufacture new devices.

ITEC India 2019 is scheduled to be held from 17 to 19 December which will have programs related to different fields. Which includes everything from electric vehicles to battery technology. In ITEC India 2019 organized by Sandia, many different electric vehicles, battery, and equipment manufacturers have also showcased their products, among which Tata Motors, Mahindra, Ather Energy, Dassault Systems, etc.

The government is also taking several steps to further promote the growing trend of electric vehicles in the country. Under this, electric buses will be given to the states under the Fame-2 scheme by the Central Government for public transport. In addition, ITEC India 2019 will also discuss policy and rules for electrification of transport, challenges of emission standards, EV charging infrastructure, fuel cell for electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles.
