Srinagar: 'Young people in Jammu and Kashmir who are on the path of terror with weapons should return to their homes and serve the country as good citizens. Avoid white-collar terrorists.' Lt Gen DP Pandey, Army Commander (GOC) of the Army's Chinar Corps in Shopian district, said at the annual Chille Kalan Mahotsav held at Batpura Sports Stadium.
General DP Pandey said that the thinking of youth in the age group of 18-19 years is immature. After 25 years, it is understandable what ideology is. He has asked the youth on the path of terror to seek help from the family or us, they will be brought to justice. He also said that white-collar terrorists are extremely dangerous, and are trying to disturb the atmosphere in society. Lt Gen DP Pandey said the country's biggest enemy is white-collar terrorists. They are happy with the death of our young man.
He said that the death of any jawan or youth in Kashmir pleases the enemies of the country. There is a large group of them, which I call white-collar terrorists. This is the most dangerous part of our society. These are the people who collect the boys around them and make them terrorists. I ask why these white-collar terrorists don't make their children terrorists, why are they pushing the children of others into the pit, he said.
