Actress Ayesha Takia, well known for her role in Salman Khan starrer ‘Wanted’ reportedly getting harassed by an opponent in law with whom his husband is facing a lawsuit of cheating the man of Rs 13.5 Lakh.

The restaurateur Farhan Azmi, Ayesha’s husband has posted a number tweets while alleging his former business partner, Kashif Khan of harassing, threatening and stalking his wife, pregnant sister and mother. Notably, Kashif is the son of renowned Samajwadi Party leader Abu Azmi and he lodged FIR against Farhan at Bandra Police Station in a cheating case. In tweets, the latter also accused Paramjit Singh Dahiya, DCP of refusing to answer his calls and messages. Along with the allegation of frozen bank accounts of family members on DCP, he also requested PM Modi and Sushma Swaraj to intervene in the matter.

 

 

Along with the snapshots of calls and message that he sent to DCP he requested twitter people to get in touch with Mumbai Police or someone who can help them in the matter.

 

 

As per the reports of timesnownews.com, the accused of harassment somehow got Ayesha’s contact number and sent her Whatsapp messages with words like: “You and your husband will be in jail very soon. In ten days the Police are going to pick you up”. Reportedly Ayesha’s Sister-in-law who is seven months pregnant has also received threatening messages.

Informing about the actress conditions after the threats it was reported that she was scared of the same and in addition to the threats her bank accounts were also been frozen that is worsening her condition.

 

Reports claimed that Justice Shriram of the (Bombay) High Court has stated a verdict in which he allowed Farhan Azmi to franchise fee from Café Basilico, Bandra. The next hearing in the cheating case will be observed on 28th July. Reports also said that DCP Dahiya is colluding with Farhan’s opponent to help him in the case.

Notably, Farhan has reported the harassment on Twitter at Tuesday Morning and the matter get resolved as we can witness the same with his tweet on the matter. As per timesnownews.com reports Deven Bharti, Joint Commissioner of police have called Farhan and gave him relief by saying “Don’t Worry. No one will touch you. I also insist you go and get a restraining order from the court."
