New Delhi: The Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi case related to the faith of millions of people and one of the most awaited cases in the country, can be heard today. CJI Ranjan Gogoi has clearly stated that Wednesday is the 40th and last day of hearing of the case. Today for one-hour Muslim parties will reply.

CJI Gogoi reiterated his view on Ayodhya case, said- last day of hearing tomorrow

The four parties will receive 45–45 minutes. The molding of relief can also be heard on Wednesday. Earlier, during the hearing of the Ayodhya land dispute on the 39th day in the apex court, the Hindu side has said that the mosque was demolished in 1526 after the temple was demolished. By doing so Babur placed himself above all the rules and regulations. His act cannot be called law.

The historical mistake that Babur made needs to be rectified. With the stand of the bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, there is every possibility that the hearing of this decades-old case can be completed on Wednesday and the verdict can be preserved. Former Attorney General and senior counsel K Parasaran, appearing for the Hindu side before a five-member constitution bench headed by Chief Justice Kee, said Babur was an aggressor, not a king. There is a difference between the two.

The invader cannot be allowed to end India's golden history. The court has a chance to rectify the historic mistake as the mosque was built by demolishing the temple in Ayodhya. Parasaran said, "Foreign invaders cannot come to India and claim that I am 'Babur Babar' and my order is law." Not an instance when Hindus went to annex outside India when they had very powerful rulers.
