Lucknow: A desperate attempt was made to vitiate the peaceful atmosphere of Ayodhya late on Tuesday night. However, due to the elite and enlightened section of the society, the situation did not deteriorate but was saved. Teams have been formed to look for the accused, and an investigation has begun.

The case pertains to Dharamshala in the Nagar Kotwali area. The incident took place at 2 p.m. According to the complaint made to the police, two unidentified persons riding on four bikes have been seen on CCTV near Dharamshala. It is alleged that it was the bike-borne men who kept the holy book in a bad condition on the staircase of the shrine at a chowk in the city. A poster was also found with the objectionable object. On which the slander is written. The police were informed about this on behalf of the secretary of the shrine. Before the investigation could begin, another similar case was reported from Kashmiri Mohalla and Ghosiana in the city. When the miscreants did more or less a similar act at the gate of Dharmasthala in Kashmiri Mohalla, a paper with abusive words was found in Ghosiana.

People were attracted by the indecent remarks, abusive papers and indecent acts with the holy book. However, after the matter was reported, the police were alerted and the investigation started. Divisional Commissioner Navdeep Rinwa, Inspector General of Police of the Range Kavindra Pratap Singh, DM Nitish Kumar and Senior Superintendent of Police Shailesh Kumar Pandey visited the city. They reached the places of worship and discussed. Urged to maintain peace and harmony. A complaint was lodged in Kotwali Nagar on behalf of the Secretary referring to the entire episode. in which strict action has been demanded.
