Ram Temple Bhoomi Pujan: Questions raises regarding 'Muhurta'

Varanasi: The whole country is very excited about the Bhoomi Poojan to be held on 5 August in Ayodhya. Meanwhile, Praja Nath Sharma, a member of the Brahmin Consciousness Council of Varanasi, has asked the learned man who took out the auspicious time of the Ram temple, that the pledge will be taken for the Ram temple. Shravan month will be said in it that Bhadrapad. There will be Shravan or Bhadrapad month on the Shilapat. Prajanath Sharma has issued a statement that there is no mention of the 32-second Muhurta on August 5 in Rishikesh and Vishwa Panchang to be published from Kashi in UP.

Even after this, the so-called learned people are repeatedly laying the foundation stone of Bhumipujan on the 5th of August, the 32-second Muhurta, as Shravan month. He further said that when the month of Shravan will be there till August 3, and Bhadrapada month will start from August 4, how will the five be Shravan. We want to ask why the Muhurta Chintamani Granth, which is the most accepted book of Muhurta Astrology, is not being quoted. There is no tradition of extracting Muhurta in the scriptures from the octave and Abhijeet Muhurta is prohibited on Wednesday.

Also, the Muhurta is not extracted from the Mahadasha, inwardness, Pratyantardasha of the horoscope, if it were, then why would the Muhurta be removed from the condition only when the Muhurta texts were created. People who are trying to prove unproven facts again and again are either confused or scared. No one has the right to disrespect the Vedas, Puranas and astrology. Our Sanatan Dharma is very ancient and superior. Sanatani people can never afford to disrespect it. However, no changes have been made on the Muhurta yet.
