New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has recently alleged theft of donations in the purchase of another land in Ayodhya. On this charge, he said, " Worth 20 lakh land was sold to Ram Janmabhoomi Tirthtrust for Rs 2.5 crore. Talking to a well-known website, Sanjay Singh said, "It has been seven days since the revelation, but neither has the investigation been initiated against the dishonest nor have I been sued for defamation".

At the same time, he also questioned, "Why these people's bank accounts not been seized for seven days, why the investigation not yet started? The chief priest of Ram Lala is saying that there should be an inquiry into the matter, the chief priest of Hanuman Garhi is saying that there should be an inquiry, everybody is demanding an inquiry but BJP is accusing politics. The matter should be heard in fast track and then everything will be crystal clear within six months".

He further alleged that "Due to theft of donations by BJP people and corruption of trust, lord Shri Ram's temple has not been built in Ayodhya for a year and a half. Crores of Ram devotees donated for the construction of the temple of Lord Shri Ram. The sisters sold their jewellery and donated. Now, if the temple is not being built, it is only because of the theft of donations by BJP leaders".

"First on February 20, BJP mayor's nephew bought land for Rs 20 lakh. The market value of this land is 35 lakh 60 thousand. The mayor's nephew gets it for Rs 20 lakh. The same land is then sold for Rs 2.5 crore on May 11. The BJP leaders are earning from the donations of that means they making their own property. It is the grace of Lord Shri Ram that these donation thieves are being exposed".
