New Delhi:The outbreak of corona epidemic continues in Desh. Meanwhile, a helpline number has been issued to resolve corona related problems. This helpline number is 14443. It has been run by the Ministry of AYUSH. The helpline number will be operational every day from 6 am to 12 pm.

Earlier also, the Centre and states have issued several helpline numbers for any government assistance related to the corona epidemic. The National Book Trust (NBT) had launched the Corona Helpline to remove the fear of corona from the minds of the people and protect them from psychosis. The helpline was launched a week ago. People are asking their questions on this, which is being answered by experts. The total number of positive cases has gone up to 2,60,31,991 after 2,59,591 new corona cases were registered in the country. While the number of deaths was recorded low yesterday, the death toll has once again crossed 4,000. The total number of deaths has reached 291,331 after 4,209 new deaths.

The country had registered 2,76,110 new corona cases on Thursday and 3,874 deaths were reported in a day in the country. Health Ministry Joint Secretary Luv Agarwal had said on Thursday that corona active cases have registered a steady decline in the last 15 days. While 17.13 per cent of active cases were reported on May 3, they are now 12.1 per cent of the total infection.
